Here at Dingo HQ we have been busy coding away and fervently testing the first version of the app. With launch just around the corner, I want to walk you through how the app works and how to take advantage of the great features on offer to ensure you secure those golden tickets.

Discovering & Buying Tickets

The homepage of Dingo has been designed to facilitate browsing and discovery. You will notice that events are listed in chronological order, with the closest events appearing at the top of the page. You can filter between concert and nightlife events using the image bar at the header of the page.

Once you find an event that floats your boat, simply tap the event to see a list of people selling their spare tickets at face value or below. The name and picture of the seller is listed along with the ticket quantity and price. It’s marvelously straight forward. From here, you can contact the seller or purchase the tickets directly through the app using a credit card or your Paypal account.

Once the tickets have been purchased, you will be put into a chat with the seller to arrange delivery of the tickets. Dingo will hold the money until 48 hours after the event to ensure there is no funny business. Simply get in touch with us within this period if anything fishy arises.

If you are looking for specific tickets but can’t find anyone selling them we have a great feature called Ticket Alerts. Once new tickets get listed we will send you a push notification so you will be the first to know. We’ve got your back!

Selling Tickets

We have made selling tickets a breeze. It is also 100% free to sell tickets on Dingo, with no commissions or fees taken. Fill in some basic ticket information, select a delivery option and add a photo if you fancy. This whole process should take around 30 seconds.

If your ticket sells, we will let you know instantly and instruct you how to withdraw your money. Remember, once payment has been made you must deliver the tickets to the buyer via post, email or meeting in-person, whatever works best for you.
